I started the Berkshire Vegan in 2010 to offer healthy and delicious vegan food to the Berkshires in Massachusetts. Vegan means that no animal products are used in the food, including dairy, eggs and honey. Since my background is macrobiotics, I use organic ingredients, whole grains, no refined sugar and lots of vegetables that are in season.
